Fantasy scouting report: After an offseason riff with new coach Josh... McDaniels, Jay Cutler landed in Chicago where his best target is running back Matt Forte. Devin Hester never got the chance to break out last season due to nagging injuries, and Brandon Lloyd reverted to a non-factor after early signs of being Kyle Orton's favorite playmaker. Chicago does have reliable tight ends who can pose as downfield threats, but nothing compared to the reliable receiving corps Cutler had in Denver.
